About Training and Development

The Employee Development Center is one of the important units at the EMCO Qatar. A full-fledged, well-equipped training and development center at Sanaya, Industrial Area, and standing testimony to the value that EMCO places on training. EMCO Employee Development Center was established in the year of 2012. It is away from distractions, and the “Place of learning” by virtue of its perfect learning ambience. It enhances the knowledge, skills and technical competency of the employees. The Employee Development Center provides theoretical and practical lectures in modern pedagogy domains. Moreover, the employee development center commences a variety of cultural and educational workshops and courses which meet company requirements. The Employee Development Center is housed in a purpose-built facility which includes modern classrooms and well-equipped Labs, as well as advanced audio-visual equipment and learning resources. The major objectives of the training and development activities are:-
